Missionary Visit

This morning the Hartmans (from Haiti) were with us for the morning service. There were 30 people there and we had a great service. Dandy enjoyed playing with Stevie (almost 2) and he even got to hold Baby Brian (almost 5 months).

New Car Seat

Since Dandy is almost one, it was time to switch his carseat. We found a $100 car seat at a salvage store for $30! It is in perfect condition, and Dandy LOVES it! He smiles and laughs -- he thinks he's a pretty big boy now!

Joe & Janelle are Here!

We have been waiting and waiting for the day that Joe & Janelle arrived in Falconer to stay! They arrived last Thursday and we are so happy to have them here!

Grandma Kiffer's Birthday

Labor Day was also Grandma Kiffer's birthday, so we went to Mom and Dad Hardy's and had a cook-out. I made Grandma a German Chocolate Cake. We had a lot of fun -- and Dandy was in his element with all the people ooohing and aaahing over him!

Playing the guitar

Dandy decided that he wants to play the bass like Daddy! (He put his hands in just the right positions, too)

Freezing Corn

Someone in our church gave us two rows of corn from their garden, so we put up 35 quart bags of corn. I had never done anything like that before, but I really enjoyed it. I don't usually like corn, but this was pretty tasty!! As you can see, even Dandy got in on the action!

Pictures from Stoneboro

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get pictures up, but hopefully I will make up for it!
